**Return policy to apply to your order**

1. **Foods**:
- Food that has been ordered cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a problem with its quality or food other than the requested food is delivered. In this case, the problem must be reported within two hours of delivery.

- Unopened and unused products can be returned within 3 days from the date of delivery, provided the original invoice is present.
- Spoiled or damaged products must be reported immediately upon receipt.

- In the event of a manufacturing defect or technical defect, the item can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery.

- If an unwanted bouquet of flowers is delivered or the flowers are damaged upon delivery, you must report it immediately and compensation or replacement will be made depending on the case.
